Beautiful apartment in good location. Positive: The location is great, close to the old town and trams available just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is really well appointed, the beds, lounge and dining areas are very comfortable. There is heaps of storage in the apartment. The instructions to check in and out are fantastic and when we did need to contact someone via messaging on booking.com they responded quickly. Negative: We booked the two bedroom apartment for 4 people, it stated there was a double bed in bedroom 1 and 2 single beds in bedroom 2. There was only 1 bed in bedroom 2 with 2 mattresses on it. When we contacted the property we were told the other bed had broken that morning and we would need to use the lounge which was also a sofa bed. This was not appropriate for those of staying together (different age groups with different sleep patterns), so we had to separate the mattresses from the single bed in bedroom 2 which meant someone had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. This wasn't acceptable for the price we paid for the apartment. We could only find 2 towels on arrival and the booking was for 4 people. After much contact back and forth between the property owners and ourselves we found the other 2 towels in the sofa bed!

Positive: Świetna lokalizacja, przestronny apartament. Miły upominek na powitanie. Negative: Otwarte piwko w łazience:) zostawione chyba przez personel sprzątający i ubrania w szafie.
