Seems to be nice but.. Positive: Location - close to the central places Nice building and surroundings Modern apartment Customer support - very responsive and always trying to help Negative: Our stay was not comfortable because of several reasons: - internet/ netflix was not working almost the whole stay which was 1 week - 4 channels in the local tv available - the windows were not fully functional - one could not close after we slightly open, one - close to the bed - had no roller blind so you couldn’t sleep as long as you wanted - some windows also were ‘taped’?? - the shower engine quite weak - you wait ages when the bathtub is filled with water - no normal lighting in the flat - just small lights here and there(what I like normally) but no main light! In the evening you have no choice as no proper light, just tv.. Kitchen light turning on in a very weird way - have fun 🫣 - kitchen nice but of course not enough plates etc so you need to make dishwasher all the time otherwise you run out of the needful- 3 dishwasher tabs fot 7 nights All in all nice flat but badly managed- by an agent who has no clue what is happening there - sorry

Positive: L'appartement est très propre et confortable Negative: Le propriétaire est injoignable. Le code d'accès de la boîte à clé ne correspond pas lors de l'envoi du message d'arrivée. J'avais fait une photo du code de la boîte à clé lors d'un voyage précédent. Heureusement! Sinon j'aurais encore attendu une heure devant la porte, le temps que le propriétaire réponde au message. Le numéro de téléphone est injoignable. Le summum est l'arrivée d'un autre client ayant fait sa reza sur Airbnb. La gestion comme propriétaire des 2 sites de référencement en parallèle est calamiteuse. C'est dommage car l'appartement est sympa. Je n'y reviendrai pas pour cette raison...

Positive: Дуже комфортно та зручно. Negative: Не зручна інструкція щодо отримання ключів та кодів. А також не змогли підключитись до інтернету.

Positive: Locatie. In de winkel straat. Negative: Voor lang verblijf is tafel en stoelen nodig. Geen bar. Maar dat is de smaak van een ieder
