Positive: Czystość, cisza i spokój oraz taras.
Negative: Bardzo ciemny lokal, zero słońca, zasłonięty calkiem budynkiem. Latem zapewne ma to swoje plusy, ponieważ nie ma upału w apartamencie, lecz jak dla mnie nie do zniesienia na dłuższym pobycie, zwlaszcza, że po zaświeceniu lamp nadal jest buro i ciemno.
